Are the "Due Dates" for a Project supposed to show up in the calendar
view?

Thanks!

Mike,

The tasks are not physically copied to the calendar. This design reflects the separation between the tasks that have to be completed as soon as possible and the "hard landscape" - the tasks that need to happen at a certain day or time of the day such as meetings and pre-arranged calls. The "hard landscape" goes to calendar while all the other tasks are managed in your task management application.

You might want to flip through the Getting Things Done book by David Allen to get familiar with the terminology and concepts used in ActionComplete.

Boris,

Hmm...might work for you, but that most definitely doesn't work for
me.

Thanks.

Nicolae,

It seems like for your task management style Google Calendar or another calendar-based task management application will be the best choice.

ActionComplete promotes importance/priority-based task management style with the emphasis on the tasks and activities in the 2nd quadrant.
