Doesnt appear to be working correctly, perhaps I am doing something
wrong. When I type in the name of a contact sometimes it will provide
an auto suggestion and sometimes it wont. The auto suggestions are
almost never correct and end up over writing what I was typing in.
Any suggestions?

Ian,

Names are CaSe-SenSiTive. Please type the first two letters of the desired name verbatim to get the correct suggestion.
