I am getting this message consistently:

An error occurred while processing your request. Make sure you have a
live Internet connection and try again. If the error persists please
contact ActionComplete support

Please force-refresh the page (Ctrl-F5 or Cmd-R). If that doesn't solve the issue please contact support (support at actioncomplete dot com).

It looks like the turbulence is caused by Google App Engine, which ActionComplete for Web is built upon. Please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.
