With a series of gently facilitated improvisational explorations, we will access and accentuate the satisfaction available through interactive movement-based Presence. This exploration is perfect for those who are curious about spaces like contact improvisation jams, and would like assistance in learning how to satisfyingly participate in them while maintaining safety and having their personal boundaries understood and honored. It is also perfect for anyone who would like to drop deeper into interpersonal connection and personal growth as focuses while dancing and/or living.
