An Inclusion Jam is a simple structure for co-creating a shared improvisational experience. It's an invitation to integrate sound, movement, stillness, & language... so as to show up fully, & evolve together.
They're opportunities to share open, authentic presence with kindred beings. They're an ongoing, collaborative experiment in "Full-Human Improvisation."
"Full-Human improvisation" is what we are already doing: being ourselves while moving, sounding, and/or being still.
Inclusion Jams are a set of simple invitations to do all that while being satisfyingly Together.
For those of us with MCS, please come free of scented cosmetics, including laundry cleaned with heavily scented products.
