Hi all,

My name is Ariel, and I have been running a 10 week focus group called The Politics that Arise in Improvisation: What shows up when we have room to fully express ourselves. It is a  mix between a group that builds skills around improvisation, and group that deeply investigates their life and the realm of the inter/intrapersonal metaphysical. We do movement, acting, authentic relating, clowning, meditating and other activity genres at various times. 

This interactive group meets (for free) Wednesdays 2:30-4:20 at the University of Washington campus. Contact me if you are interested and want help finding the room (Ariel...@yahoo.com). Being in the group mostly involves showing up, but I also ask that you join an online discussion group that considers a question throughout the week to keep us thinking about the content.
