Greetings, students from Acting 2!

I am still in need of a male and a female actor for my final directing
scene, but as I work during your class times and don't know several of
you, I would like to hold a semi-formal audition. I was thinking
Saturday late afternoon sometime, but that's able to change according
to the needs of the masses.

Here's what I will request: Below are two monologues, one for a male
and one for a female. I do not need them memorized, but pretty well
scanned before audition. Come in, read the monologue, and I choose
from there.

Thank you for the bandwidth

Tiana

Greetings,
I have just now received your email and I was wondering if you were still looking for a female to audition for your final directing scene. I was out of town since Friday with no access to a computer so I haven't been in the loop concerning auditions--my fault obviously.
Anyway, just wanted to know if you were still looking. And if not, then thank you for your time.

Sincerely, Sally Rittenhouse

Hello Sally,

Yes, I am still looking for a female. Since only a couple people have
responded to me, I don't think I'll be holding a full audition, but if
you are avaliable some evening, I would like to see you read and see
if I can cast you. Thank you for your response.

Hello Tiana,
I apologize for my late response. I just wanted to send you my schedule and see if something could be worked out from that--if you're still interested in casting me. This is my schedule thus far:
Monday--2PM-5:30PM, and then after about 7:30PM I'm available for the rest of the evening
Tuesday: After 3:30PM the rest of my day is free
Wednesday: The same as Monday
Thursday: Unavailable
Friday: Same as Mon, Wed
Saturday: Available all day
Sunday: Same as Saturday

Anyway, just thought I would reply and see what you thought. I'd be happy to audition at any time you choose during these times.
Thank you for your time.

Sally Rittenhouse

Hi Sally,

No worries; we all have lives outside of school. Given that our first
draft showing is on Wednesday (and if you're avaliable to come in for
that, it 2:15-5:15, I would greatly appreciate it), I haven't much of
a choice but to cast you. SO...Eric is avaliable a lot of the weekend.
Shall we say five on Saturday? Or is that too short of notice?

Hi Tiana,
Five on Saturday works for me and I will be able to come to the Wednesday draft showing at 2:15 as well. And I will be available for most of the weekend.
Thank you for your prompt response and I will see tomorrow at five!

Sally
