Greetings form CONFED-ITA. As you know our Group Accident Policy has to be renewed on 31-12-2021, we have received the renewal premium quote from IFFKIO-TOKIO insurance. (Still No association has given DATA)

Room Rent and Nursing Capping: 2.5% of the Medical Extension Sum Insured or Maximum of Rs.4000/- (Whichever is least) subject to Consecutive 24 Hours. Hospitaitalization is must in all case.
SNAKE BITE, ANY TYPE OF ACCIDENTAL COVERAGE (NO TIMING – 24/7 COVERAGE)
Coverage- Death + Permanent Total Disablement + Loss of two limb or two eyes + Loss of One limb or two eyes.

I request the Member association President / Secretary / EC members to fill the attached Excel Sheet and submit it on or before 15-12-2021. (You can enroll your staff for Insurance)
Initially the entire premium amount should be paid by the respective association. CONFED will reimburse Rs.242/- for our registered members (for 5lakh sum assured) after database verification only.
Each association is asked to take a single Demand Draft in favor of M/s. IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, payable at TIRUNELVELI
Please courier the Demand Draft on or before 15-12-2021 to
