We are currently evaluating the Student Leadership Practices Inventory for use with our campus leaders (including RAs). It is based on K&P's book, the "Leadership Challenge." They have a number of 360 leadership assessment tools, but this one is specifically designed for college student leaders. >From what they claim, it seems to be a reliable predictor of leadership ability and effectiveness.
