-ACSD- Sophomore RA training

Hi everyone,

 

This year, I am putting together a training session specifically for sophomore RAs in order to address some issues that are specific to that age group (such as relationships and conduct with residents who are the same age, or close in age). Has anyone else done this type of training, or have any resources regarding the sophomore RA experience? I've been able to find a couple of articles, but I think I'm mostly going to have to use my own experience.

 

Any resources, personal experience, or simply observations from working with sophomore RAs would be greatly appreciated.
