Greetings!

 

I hope this summer finds you all well! For those of you who are keeping up with office email during your summer hours, I had a quick favor to ask: we're working on revising our RA/RD evaluations for next fall and would be curious to see any material or hear any insights you might be able to provide. I'm especially interested in receiving feedback from individuals using processes that resemble something along the lines of 360 degree evaluations, but I'm open to and would greatly appreciate everything offered. Looking forward to receiving some great tips...thanks!
