We are making a good progress to update our bio, abstract, and photo.

The following are updates for the conference.

§ Speaker Discount – If you will pay for the conference, please note you are entitled to get 50% discount from the registration fee. (i.e., $60 if you will pay $120)

§ Photo – It was determined to have black/white printed for photo. We will handle your color photo in black/white format if you send us a color one.

§ Audio equipment – Do you need audio equipment (speaker)? We will support a projector in each conference room. However, if you have video embedded in your PPT, please let us know your needs.

§ Risk of being absent – We are looking forward to seeing your presentation. However, we do understand some unexpected situations or events may take your priority. Please advise us if we need to take cautious for that and prepare a backup speaker for you.
