Dear ACS Speakers,
Are you ready for your abstract, bio, and presentation? Our program team has the first draft of your submitted abstracts and bios as attached. As you can see, it is not perfect and it is far beyond the quality can be printed. Therefore, we expect some modifications from speakers for the following corrections:
· If your abstract or bio is too long, please trim the content to fit into A4 normal setting. As you can see, it is now overflown to the normal A4 setting
· You would be nice to upload your photo or send us your photo. If you don’t have the right size, we can trim for you.
· Some speakers overlook the required Chinese traditional characters. Please fix them if you are using the simplified Chinese characters.
· If you are a session speaker, please provide us the abstract and bio in Chinese.
We share your own document for your correction through Google Drive. You can download the file, edit, and upload the correct one to the drive. You can also upload your presentation to the same folder. However, if you are not using gmail, you may have a trouble to access to Google drive, please email us at acsd...@gmail.com for modifications and corrections. Or contact Dr. Saya Sone at 703-855-7411 if you have any questions. Please note our deadline is 4/19/13 for your final version before printing. To avoid confusion, we need your approval email before printing. If you ignore our request, we cannot guarantee your abstract/bio will be printed in the program book.
