 and was graciously willing to serve as a session speaker on Saturday, May 25 at the 1st session (2:50-3:50 PM), due to she has to catch a flight to other town for other engagements.

It would be wonderful if we could schedule Prof. Wang to give a professional workshop as Saya also has recommended.

Please kindly confirm ASAP so that Prof. could book her flight in a timely manner.

Dear ACS Speakers,

 

We want to sincerely welcome you to be our speakers for the ACS 2013 DC conference.   We really appreciate your time and effort to share with us your knowledge and experience, particularly your peer teachers.

 

The conference will be held on 5/25 and 526 during Marmoreal Day weekend. The following is the address of the conference location.

Since we will print a program book which includes your photo, brief biography, and abstract,   please ensures you have proof read your info before we send to the printer. Please note we want to set up 4/19/13 for your final version before printing.

 

The following are detail for our preparation for the program book.

§  Please e-mail us your 2x2 picture (passport photo preferred)

§  1/2 page bio

§  1/2 page of abstract of your topic in traditional Chinese

If you had e-mailed one of our program leads for all the items above, you may discard this request. 

What equipment do you need during your presentation? We have requested a projector, a white screen and an extension cord. There will be no microphone or laptop. You need to bring your own laptop. There will be volunteer on site to help you with the setup for your presentation.

We will not supply any printouts for audience to save the trees. With your permission, we plan on posting your presentation on www.acsusa.org for your audience to download before 5/15/2013. We can also use your received presentation as a backup in case we encounter technical problem in the conference room (for example, your PC can’t work with the projector)
