update on conference room

Dear Speakers,

 

We are close. Please make sure you have your presentation almost ready. We have received only one presentation ready to upload to the ACS website from 黃清郁, We would love you sending us your presentation for backup.

 

Attached is the conference agenda and map. Please find out where your conference room will be and where you can prepare for your presentation.

 

Please note, we added one more session on Sunday morning for professors from Taiwan to do presentation, so the preparation room won't be available at that time.

 

Again, your moderator is the one can help you on that day. Please email him or her for your needs. If you can't bring your own PC, please contact your moderator if they can use any other way to help you present.
