Mogavero Notestine Associates is an award winning, 28-person architectural firm with a strong environmental
focus and a commitment to designing urban, transit-oriented, ecological projects. We are looking for a motivated Lead BIM Designer with a strong background in BIM (ArchiCAD) and BIM management.
Requirements include:
**Extreme proficiency in current BIM programs and a minimum 4 years working experience in ArchiCAD required.
**Minimum 5 years experience producing construction documents in a BIM program.
**Knowledge and experience necessary to maintain a BIM network, continue the development of BIM standards, write and maintain company BIM handbook,
and manage and train BIM designers.
**Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a desire to mentor.
**Excellent document management skills.
**Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
**Coordination of network consultants.
***Architectural School Graduate Preferred.
