Job Description
The Systems Analyst 3 will:
- Understand business objectives and processes to identify system enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with organizational units to assess current operations, identify challenges, and define input/output requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation of user requirements, program functions, and development steps.
- Review system capabilities, constraints, and scheduling to assess the feasibility of requested enhancements.
- Participate in end-to-end system testing, documentation, and support training activities.
Additional Job Details and Considerations
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules as a functional business analyst, along with the ability to perform end-to-end system analysis and testing.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting requirements gathering sessions and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders.
- Mapping data between legacy systems and third-party interfaces.
- Performing hands-on integration testing and supporting production readiness activities.
- Documenting business and technical processes, test plans, and system configurations.
- Supporting end-user training and post-implementation support.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in large, remote, and cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work off-hours during critical project phases
