There are still beds left! Sign up now, and get ready for: Bringing the FIRE of summer with a therapeutic breakdown of CORKSCREW and NINJA STAR (and maybe THE EXTRA MILE, by Daniel Scott). Cooling the fire with WATER -- progressive backbends (WALKOVERS into and out of flying). Grounding in transition with EARTH-inspired Thai massage and transitions from flying to Thai and back (BERLIN FALL and BEACHED WHALE -- both Yovo originals). We're getting SO EXCITED to play with you ninjamonkeys!

Let's come together for a relaxed weekend in the woods to celebrate the beginning of SUMMER! We’ll connect through partner asana, meditation, Thai massage, and flying to explore what this delightful seasonal transition means for our bodies and health.

Chinese medicine offers time-tested wisdom on how to clear out the winter energy in our bodies and maximize the joyous energy of summer. The Sarahs offer this wisdom through community-embracing felt experiences, with playful physical practices sure to relax, rejuvenate, and delight!
