- Master’s degree, preferably in Library & Information Science, Information Management, Communications, or similar disciplines associated with the position.
- Familiarity with content management systems including WordPress and/or SpringShare CMS.
- Ability to obtain, assess, and prioritize user needs based upon research activities, analytics, and input from colleagues.
- Experience creating or managing creation of graphic, multimedia, and tutorial content.
- Ability to interpret and make decisions informed by web analytics.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and requirements.
- Experience in developing, refining, employing, and improving website information architecture in a complex organizational environment.
