I am pleased to share that 12th edition of CII’s flagship event for Real Estate - REALTY 2016 is scheduled for Wednesday, 20 July 2016 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi. Mr Anshuman Magazine, CMD, CBRE South Asia is Chairing the Conference.
This year’s theme: “Regulation and Finance – Paving the way for sustainable real estate development in India” has been specially chosen, keeping in mind the industry need.
The conference will see a select audience of key developers from top cities of India, domestic and global fund managers, LPs, senior members from the Union Ministry of Urban Development along with a host of senior officials from Central and State Governments.
Association of Certified Realtors of India (ACRI) is the Supporting Partner of the Conference.

Some of the key issues being faced by the development community have been elucidated below and would be discussed across various sessions forming part of the conference.
