I have gone through the minutes. I have sent suggestion for discussion on setting up a training Institute by NAR India and also for Branding of NAR India for which you assured that these points will be covered in discussion at GB meet. I do not find any reference of above 2 points in the minutes. I believe that both points were important for betterment of NAR India.

During last month two issues are discussed on NAR India GB members whatsapp group which need to added in agenda,

1. National Real Estate Training Institute:

There was very fruitful meeting with CEO & DG of CREDAI in Delhi where possibility of training Institute at national level was discussed. They were interested to take it up jointly with 1 crore corpus each from both side. I am attaching whatsapp snapshot where President liked the idea and suggested to take up in GBM.

2. BRANDING code for media coverage:

There have been many occasions when articles and news items are there in media with NAR India officials name with their business organisation and without reference of NAR India and without their NAR India designation. It is necessary that office bearer use NAR India designation in media as this is only way to take NAR India branding to next level. President Elect has endorsed my suggestion. I am attaching whatsapp snapshot.

Please incorporate the above points in agenda.
