As we know M3M Developer came in ACRI GBM on 34th May and presented their upcoming project Sierra sector 68 Gurgaon. Where special payment plan CPR is introduced wherein applicant will have to pay 5% as booking and no payment till possession or 60 Months. And after 60 months if applicant do not want to retain the unit then he will be refunded double the money paid. For detail information may refer company website or Asiya and Himanshu.

Our commercials are 

max we achieve in consortium is 7% plus Rs 100/- per square feet after 30 successful bookings. 

In consortium every booking is your individual, you will raise your own bill and you will receive your commission directly from builder. 

To avail the consortium benefit every intending Realtor need to confirm now, do confirm to undersigned 

your name, Mobile no, Firm Name and email id. The same will be forwarded to builder. A direct communication will start and you get all support and solution to your querries.

This is applicable to even those who are already working with M3M, may confirm their consent for consortium.
