Attached are our Pre-Lease and Immediate Availability Lists.  Please try and contact residents 24 hours in advance.  A minimum of 1 hour notice to the residents is required in order to show. All of the keys for these properties are in the office. Please check the keys out at the front desk computer so we can keep track of all our property showings. If you have any questions about any of these properties or want more info on them feel free the office.

ACR Leasing Policy
 
1.  Submit a TAR application with a $75 app fee per applicant  (Payable to Austin City Realty)
2.  Submit a deposit equal to one months rent (Payable to Austin City Realty)
3.  Collect all TAR guarantor forms within 7 days of application for each applicant.  Do not fax to our office. 
4.  Applicants must sign the lease and pay first full months rent within 14 days to remove property from the market. 

5.  Submit a copy of a photo id for each applicant with the applications.

6.  All applications are to be submitted together, not individually.

7.  Once lease has been written and agent has been notified that lease is ready to be signed, agent has 15 days to turn in executed lease with 1st months rent.  

8.  If executed lease is not turned in within 15 days of agent notification, agent commission will be reduced by 10%.

9.  If executed lease is not turned in within 30 days of agent notification, agent commission will be reduced by 20%
 
***All application fees and security deposits must be paid on separate checks***

***All attached paperwork must be submitted in order for applications to be accepted.***

***All move-in dates are tentative and subject to change.***
