Operations Update:

During this time of increased uncertainty caused by COVID-19, our highest priority is the safety of our residents and employees. We are taking the following steps to limit exposure:

-          Office visits will be by appointment only. Please contact in...@fairwaypm.com or ad...@austincityrealty.com if you need to come into the office.

 

-          Please place all work orders through the online portal at www.fairwapm.com . If you cannot access your portal, please send an email from the address you would like to use as your login.

 

-          We will continue addressing all emergency maintenance issues.  However, any non-emergency maintenance issues will be addressed on a case by case basis. We ask that you attempt to plunge toilets, tubs and sinks before placing a work order.

 

-          There will be no showings the week of 3/16 – 3/22 except in vacant units. Agents will not be allowed to check keys out of the keyper system or visit our office during this week without a scheduled appointment.   Please email Tillery Castillo at Til...@austincityrealty.net to schedule any leasing appointments or for any leasing related questions.  We will reassess the showing process and update agents at the beginning of next week.
