• All application fees and security deposits must be paid on separate checks.
  
• All attached paperwork must be submitted in order for applications to be accepted.
  
• All move-in dates are tentative and subject to change.
  
• The ACR Pre-Lease and Agent Policy Form must be signed and submitted with all applications.
  

 

***Please try to contact residents 24 hours in advance.  A minimum of 1 hour notice to the residents is required in order to show. All of the keys for these properties are in the office. Please register for our key system at the front desk. ***

 

-- Our office is open from 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday)

-- Keys must be returned within 24 hours or we will charge a $75 FINE 

-- Please only checkout one key per property.

--  All deals not completed in 21 days from application date will have commissions deducted

--  Only Complete Application Packets Will be Accepted
