Relationship between WB Temp and Green-Magenta value and the channel multipliers?

Hi,

I am using dcraw for more accurate color via testing the CC 24 patches
and the CCSG. However, the white balance there is represented by four
numbers or channel multipliers. Can anyone provide the formula
relating these multipliers and the WB and Green-Magenta slider?
