The purpose of this group is to provide a community for discussions
related primarily to the use of AcrCalibrator, but also to raw image
processing in general.
Audience
This discussion group is intended for anyone shooting and processing
raw images. Everyone is welcome to join in, provided you follow our
community's policies described below.
Allowed Topics
No topic is off-limits, provided it relates to AcrCalibrator, Adobe
Camera Raw, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Photoshop Lightroom in some way.
The intention is that members will join the discussions providing
solutions and tips to help each other out. I'll also be posting any
news related to AcrCalibrator here.
Group Rules
The group has two simple rules:
- Please be Friendly
It's okay to constructively disagree with others, but please remain
polite and
courteous while doing so. Keep an open mind and try to see things
from the
perspective of others. Sarcasm is often misunderstood, so try to
avoid it
if possible.
- No Spam
This is not really a marketplace for selling or buying items,
however, if it is
related to digital photography and there are no complaints from
other members, it
will be permitted. Outright spamming, of course, will result in
that user being
immediately and permanently banned.
There is no formal policy on dealing with troublemakers, and I hope
that one is never a needed. That said, I'll do my best to be fair to
everyone involved and will always try to warn someone before banning
him or her.
Contacting the Owner
If you see anyone being rude, by all means call them out on it; this
is your group too, and you don't have to accept someone else being
disrespectful just because it wasn't directed at you. Just remember
to be polite and courteous yourself! Don't add fuel to the fire.
However, if you see an outrageous violation or want to report spam,
then by all means contact the group owner <http://groups.google.com/
group/acrcalibrator/post?sendowner=1>.
