Error running script "You must Define a Path"

I am running as small an image of the Gretag colour checker as is
available in CS3, with ACR 4.4.1 (also tried 4.3.1) and I get the
error box above.

It is a little too cryptic for me to understand what needs to be done.
Anyone have any ideas?

Please review the instructions on the Chromaholics site.

You must use the pen tool to designate the centers of the four corner patches of the chart in a particular order so the script knows where to sample the colors.
