When I try to play online friendlies with friends, the squads are not updated. For instance, I choose Fulham and my friend Man. City. Fulham will not have the recently added players (William for instance) and Man. City will not be "better" like the teams that are in great shape are when we played offline friendlies in the console. In those offline friendlies in the console with two controllers plugged, Man. City has the green arrows pointing up in some players (and stats) and down in others as fullham; Such thing does not happen when I challenge him online, the squads dont have those arrrows. This is annoying, I dont want to play with the old squads.
How can I change this?

The 1934 FIFA World Cup was an international football tournament that was held in Italy from 27 May to 10 June 1934. Below are the squads registered by the 16 national teams involved in the tournament.

The Romanian Football Federation had nominated Zoltn Beke in case Bindea did not recover in time from injury, but this contravened FIFA regulations and so Beke, who travelled with the team to Italy, was not eligible to play.[9][1]

After starting an SBC, and getting the players from my base squad in (using squad builder, but not hitting submit because I didn't want to lose them), I quit the SBC and went back to the optional squads, and was surprised to find that not only the active squad, but all of them had been moved to the concept squad. I then went back to the SBC, deleted the squad built by the squad builder and hoped it would recover. I thought it was possibly a temporary problem, so I exited the game, restarted, but everything remained the same. I see the same thing in the companion app, no change. I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed. Now I have no active squad, and I cannot use the FUT mode.

When you use a dupe that's in one of your squads, the game then removes that player from that squad (making it a blue concept card) which remains so even when you then add that same card back to your club.

I know this game has been out a while but I've been customizing my squads for several months now and made a mistake of not having a backup, and Playstation Plus wasn't active, so my issue is I clicked on to play the Champions League full tournament (not the Kick-off). As soon as I clicked on to enter, fifa downloaded the most recent roster update >wiping out my entire custom roster of months of work (editing players etc).

I know better now to have a backup. But my question is, are we able to even play Champions League with our custom rosters or does it HAVE to be FIFAs roster every time?? I know we can play kickoff and seasons with custom roster so it would make sense to enjoy our custom rosters in the big tournament.

Am I missing something? I only tried it once by the way. I don't play online and I spend alot of time editing players and squads and I finally had it almost finished like I want, just to have to start over. I've only played the kickoff Champions League so far and not the full tournament yet obviously.

Ok I appreciate the response back. But that is a ridiculous way to program it. We finally get Champions League in the game but have to only use stock rosters? If you want players to enjoy the game to its fullest extent and be able to customize to our liking this is something that should be common sense and not even an issue. Why would EA even think of making it this way? One of the best things about a game is to make the players and teams how we want them and experience those teams in the big leagues and games and this just really sucks for those of us who wants that. I mean would it be that much of a challenge to make it possible to use custom rosters this way? Why would we be able to go through all the trouble to edit as many players and teams as we want, only to play in kickoff games? Please push this up the line and see if they can make a change to this and do a patch update on Fifa 19. This game is almost perfect now after many years but there's still things like this that just keeps it short of spectacular, and actually blows our minds why things like this aren't thought of. Let us experience the biggest competition with our custom teams and edited players. Thanks

Thanks for feedback, however are you sure you can do this in CUSTOM TOURNAMENT mode as I know you can do this in a normal kick off game to control who is in the starting line up before kick off but in CUSTOM TOURNAMENT there is no option for the team I am playing against being AI that it will have my team I put together before I set up the custom tournament as they are all defaulted to different squads and I have deleted the updated squads files.

basically if I change the Manchester United squad so that instead of menthis depay playing on the left wing (as he has a generic face) I want to put Antonio Valencia on the left wing of which I save, BUT when I set up a new CUSTOM TOURNAMENT and want to play against Manchester United in the tournament (me playing as Real Madrid against them) the Manchester United team I have put together with Antonio Valencia being on the left wing has defaulted with menthis depay on the left wing instead and there is no option anywhere for me to change this.

The England boss, and German counterpart Marina Voss-Tecklenburg, discussed the proposal with other international coaches at the Women's World Cup finals draw in October, with a number joining them to back the idea.

The ongoing men's World Cup in Qatar has allowed 26-man squads, as were permitted for both the men's and women's European Championship finals in 2020 and 2021, while football recovered from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

FIFA has not explicitly given its reasoning for the decision, but Sky Sports News has been told the Women's World Cup starting after the domestic season, unlike in Qatar at present, has finished has played a part in their thinking.

The tournament is also due to be played across 31 days, an increase of more than 10 per cent over the Qatar competition, and not all nations set to be involved in Australia and New Zealand were said to back the move.

"I took some English classes in football. I said I will learn about your culture and try and adapt to your culture but the directness you have to know what is good, I will not go around it or change that.

"The other things I will try and adapt to the English culture. I think it went really well and we really enjoyed ourselves. We can still grow a lot. I think the FA and the players and staff enjoy it too and think we have a very good collaboration."

Held in November and December due to the summer heat in the small Middle Eastern nation, the 2022 tournament will take place in the heart of the European league season, leading to challenges that clubs and national teams have not encountered in the past.

To help with the unusual timing of the tournament, FIFA will be making a number of accommodations. One of those is a slight increase in squad size for the 2022 edition, as FIFA will allow more players to be available to national team coaches on their roster.

The world football governing body also approved an increase to 55 players for the full "release list" of eligible players. The expanded release list allows teams to make late changes to the squad, as well as to swap injured players out for the knockout stage.

Finally, the number of personnel on the bench is increasing as well, with a total of 15 players allowed on the bench, increased from the usual 12. FIFA stated that a total of 26 individuals will be allowed on a team's bench, with the 15 players joined by a maximum of 11 team staff.

FIFA said the changes were made "given the need to retain additional flexibility due to the unique timing of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in the global calendar, as well as the broader context of the disruptive effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on squads before and during tournaments."

With the 2022 World Cup happening in November and December, domestic leagues have been forced to fit the same number of fixtures into a season calendar that is five weeks shorter, a tall task that will likely see players stretched to their limits.

Additionally, the World Cup squad increase follows a similar change previously made for the 2021 European Championships, where 26 players were allowed on the roster, but only 23 of them were permitted to be named for each individual match. But in the case of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, all 15 reserves will join the starting 11 players as part of the matchday squad.

According to the official FIFA release announcing the squad changes, the final day for players to feature for their clubs will be Sunday, Nov. 13. Those clubs must then release players summoned for international duty by Monday, Nov. 14, and they will see them return only after their respective national team has either been eliminated or has won the tournament.

Another former Dortmund man, Ginter was a Freiburg player when he was called into Joachim Lw's finals squad. At 20, the centre-back was the youngest player in Germany's set-up but didn't make an appearance at the tournament. Four days after the final, he signed for BVB before switching Borussias to Mnchengladbach three years later. After five years and more than 150 appearances, he returned home to Freiburg in summer 2022, bringing his experience of 46 senior international caps, including the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.

Hummels has enjoyed a trophy-laden career that includes five Bundesliga titles across numerous spells at Bayern and Dortmund, plus the 2014 triumph in Brazil, where he was first-choice centre-back throughout and also scored the winning goal in the quarter-final against France. The last of his 76 caps came at UEFA Euro 2020, having made his senior debut a decade earlier. The 34-year-old is currently still going strong for BVB, now in his 17th Bundesliga campaign with well over 400 competitive appearances in black and yellow.
