packet with ClientID too big error for connections to acra server

Hi We have setup acra server and its connecting to the postgres db without any errors. However, when any external client connects to the acra server on port 9393 the folowing exception is thrown in acra server logs and the connectivity does not succeed. We have set the - --client_id=arca-dev   for the acra-server in our deployment. pls let us know how this can be resolved. Thanks.
