Hi,

I've been using an older version of ACRA with Google docs for a long time.
Since Google docs is becoming less and less viable (impossible to create
legacy forms, discouraged by Google), I'm investigating switching to
acralyzer.

Although Google docs could be considered primitive, It worked well with
my workflow for dealing with reports and I became quite efficient with it.

I have a few questions on acralyzer:

- is it possible for acralyzer to ignore all submitted reports that are
below a given app version?
I'm asking because generally, when a new version of my app is released,
I do not care anymore about reports of previous versions.
With Google Docs, it was as simple as to have each app version submit
reports to its own document and form, and deleting old documents.

- it it possible to easily bulk delete reports to avoid the dabase
growing too big ? This quetion is somewhat related to the previous one,
to avoid database bloat.

Thanks!

Hi,

There is a work in progress on the "purge" branch.

It includes:
- deletion of individual reports
- purge of reports older than X days
- purge of reports from app version code X and below

I'll think about a way to refuse reports from old app versions.

Kevin

Great, I'll wait some update in that area before taking the plunge an
installing acralyzer.
