Issue with Camera Acquisition Speed Using ACQ4 Software

Hi everyone,
I have a question about the acquisition speed of the camera with ACQ4. We are currently using the ORCA-Flash4.0 LT+ Digital CMOS Hamamatsu Camera with ACQ4. I have gone through almost every setting but couldn't achieve more than 850 fps. Our goal is to achieve 1.5K or 2K fps.
With the camera's native software (HCImage), I can reach even higher fps values, but with ACQ4, 850 fps seems to be the maximum. I have contacted Hamamatsu, and they believe this is a software issue rather than a camera limitation.
Do you have any suggestions or workarounds for this issue?
