old friend looking for WAVL housemates; to move in late summer

Hello!

I am a 28-year-old middle school science teacher. I love hiking, kayaking and just getting outdoors with friends. I am also a ballroom dancer, and enjoy a variety of social dances ranging from contra dance to lindy hop and west coast swing, to tango and waltz.  As far as indoor activities, I love to read, cook and play games. I grew up in the mountains of NC and am returning home now that I’ve completed a masters and specialist in science education.

I am clean and tidy, I love to cook and I will have a relatively early bedtime on school nights. My budget is about $450-$800 plus utilities and I am hoping to live in a safe, stable neighborhood, in west Asheville, as my job is on the southwest side of town.

Dogs are okay. (I love dogs!) No cats. (They are cute, but I am very allergic.) No smoking. No drugs.
