PUBG PC continuously crashes showing error gpu driver crashed and reset. My gpu drivers are up to date though it's showing this error.I also lowered the resolution and tried though it crashes.I request you to do the needful.

It doesn't happen in other games that I have played.I also checked by installing other driver versions but though it's crashing ony.I think you have not brought an update to fix this issue for PUBG PC.I am attaching the screenshot of the error and I request you to do the needful.

6- If no older drivers are stored in the system, the graphics controller in Device Manager should now be listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter', 'Standard VGA Graphics Adapter', or similar. If not, repeat step 3. Repeat the process until it is listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter'.

Thank you for the update. Checking the game requirements it seems that this mainly happens because the computer doesn't meet the game requirements. As per Steam info, you need at least 8 GB RAM but 16 GB RAM is recommended:

Today however the game won't start at all and naturally I was blaming the game but seems that is not the case. Apparently Advanced Threat Defense (ATD) interferes with PUBG anticheat maybe? It's ATD at fault that's for sure. Once adding "TslGame_BE.exe" and "TslGame_EAC.exe" to the exception list in ATD the game starts without issues.

I already reported the issue and how I fixed it. It works for me fine and I am happy with the result. I believe further testing should be done on your part and not me. I expect to buy a product and if there are issues to report them and give some help/hint to you guys so you can figure it out. I think I did my part don't you agree? There have been issues plaguing Advance Threat Defense since you guys released the 2019 lineup so I'm a bit fed up if I'm really honest.

I've recently detailed the problem and how I resolved it. It works well for me, and I am pleased with the outcome. I believe you, not I, should conduct additional testing. I intend to purchase a product and, if there are any difficulties, to report them and provide some assistance/hints to you so you can resolve them. Don't you agree that I done my part? Since you guys unveiled the lineup, PUBG Free UC has been plagued with troubles, and if I'm being honest, I'm a little fed up.

I have enabled and disabled EXPO. this is also happening between 2 builds.

Had some progress tonight. Limited the power on the card to -10% and underclocked set max frequency to 2600mhz on the core. Been stable in pubg all night. Gonna try releasing the power and increasing the clocks tomorrow.

I've been fighting with PUBG for days... no games I play have crashed, but PUBG i legit could not get through a single game. Crashed every single game, normally within the first 5 minutes. Tried all the fixes I could find..

Since I don't know much about these kinds of things, could please tell me specifically how to reduce frequency to 2600 and reduce power 10%. I'd to try this. I am getting timeouts or error messages in just a minutes or two and have tried everything else I've seen written up.

Looks PUBG has problem with high FPS over 200. One more quick advice = try to turn on VSYNC and you don't have to underclock your graphic card. Then please let us know if the game is stable with VSYNC or not. Thank you!

I can also confirm boost clocks boosting up much higher than a set max clock. It should not be boosting up higher than a set max but it is. I also saw my 7900xtx boost up to 3200 all while max boost was set down under 2900.

Amd seems to be fixing the driver timeout issue one game at a time if you read the last few driver updates notes. You would think they could find an underlining issue here. Fixing 1-2 games by driver update isn't good enough.

The 7900 XTX graphics card occasionally crashes in PUBG, affecting gameplay experience. Users report instances of sudden freezes or black screens during intense gaming sessions, leading to frustration and disruption. Despite its powerful performance in other games, the 7900 XTX seems to struggle with stability issues specifically in PUBG, prompting players to seek solutions or alternative hardware.

Hello everyone, I'm also struggling with 7900XTX driver timeouts when playing PUBG. The game crashes every time I play it within about 2 minutes of round start in deathmatch and several times during a team battle royale. The last driver version that worked without problems was 23.12.1, and every driver version since then has had this issue on my computer. I cannot go back to 23.12.1 as my PCVR setup no longer works with that.

For the current driver 24.3.1. disabling SAM and/or EXPO did not solve the problem. Enabling VSYNC and DirectX11 in game settings did not help. Using AMD Adrenaline program I also tried limiting max GPU frequency for PUBG to GPU boost frequency 96%, voltage to 98% and power to -2%, as suggested above, but it did not help either. I reduced max frequency further down to GPU boost frequency 2497 MHz (equivalent to 82%) to no avail. Reseating GPU also did not work.

Thanks for the tips! Undervolting did not help in my case, but it lead me in the right direction, as it was reducing the GPU max frequency that stopped crashing for me. Weirdly, I tried it earlier to no avail as I mentioned, but this time I had made a clean install for PUBG as suggested here (resets all game settings) and I updated AMD chipset drivers to 6.03.19.217, and then the GPU frequency limiting solved the problem. Maybe the clean install of PUBG was unnecessary, but it's hard to say.

If it helps others, my current settings in AMD Adrenaline are Max Frequency (under GPU tuning, Advanced Control slider enabled) 2523 MHz and in PUBG I use DirectX11. No need for VSYNC or limiting max frame rates in my case it seems.

@akhil88: Do you get any notifications or error messages when you attempt to download the app? I can't imagine that it's a storage issue, as this would be flagged by the Play Store when you attempt the download. Try heading to Settings > About Phone > Software information > Google Play system update to ensure you're on the latest version, then head to the Play Store > Tap your profile in the top right > Settings, and check your Network preferences and Authentication options, just in case you're being restricted in this manner.

My name is Liliana Sanders. And I am a advisor as well as community member The mic is not working in pubg. I have updated my Beast to Android Pie and have been facing this issue since then. Is this problem with the main server, or is it internal to my device? Also tried to check if my headphone mic is working or not. But the mic is not working. So, please fix this as soon as possible, I am a big pub lover.

PUBG Mobile has released in the U.S. and Europe without much of a problem, but some players are having trouble with a strange Internet Error message when the game boots. If you've encountered the message below on an Android or iOS device, we've got a permanent fix for you.

While the message likely relates to a bug that Tencent will patch out in the days ahead, players have discovered that it's triggered by anomalies in your device's DNS settings. In order to make the message go away, you'll need to install an app that changes them.

That's all there is to it! The solutions for this particular error may change and develop over time, but we'll do our best to keep track of this issue in the days ahead. As long as you follow these steps until the problem is patched, you'll be fully immune to one of PUBG Mobile's most chronic crashes.

There is a new error message in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds that states, "Modified access to the lobby is detected. Please contact your PC cafe manager, web accelerator vendor, or network configuration administrator." The error message is affecting a lot of players, but it seems to appear more frequently for those playing on the test servers for PUBG. There are a few ways players can fix the error and get back to playing matches.

PUBG is a battle royale game where players are dropped in without any gear. Players must collect weapons and items to take out others and be the last person standing. Players can compete alone or in teams of 2-4 players to try to eliminate their rivals while gathering enhanced gear and weapons. Before players can try to win, they need to connect to a server, but some players are receiving an error message that prevents them from connecting.

Since PUBG operates on multiple servers with random opponents, players will need to connect to the server each time they play. Accessing a server can be difficult for players that are receiving error messages, and having gameplay interrupted in between matches can be incredibly frustrating. Players will need to try to manually fix the "Modified access to the lobby is detected" error until a permanent solution is implemented by the developers.
