Hi all,

I'm looking for cost-effective microphone array hardware. Something that I can pay for (say up to 1,000 euro) and will be able to mark honking cars.

Any recommendations?

Does anyone know where I can compare the prices and performance of the hardware listed in the XML files in acoular?

Most of these arrays are either custom-built or very expensive (>>10k€). Maybe the UMA 16 is an option. The arrangement is however non-optimal in this case.

Thanks for the answer!

What change is the arrangement would make the array better for this case?

Thanks
