Beamforming in multiple domains

Hello everyone, 

I am working on a problem which is shown in the below figure. In the problem, I have four different domains (four concentric circles) which have different acoustic characteristics (in terms of speed of sound) and a point source at the center of those domains. Can sound source localization be done by using Acoular in the case of multiple domains? Also, should I increase the number of microphones?
