1.        Go to Dr office and get yr bloods takes early in morning after fasting. – can’t even have black coffee in the morning..

2.       Book appointment for 1 week later.  1st appointment R980. 

3.       2nd about R600 (after 3 months to re-assess – make sure levels are corrected..

4.       Not sure what blood tests will cost??  (About 20 things tested per below)

5.       Vitamins, Tabs were about R500  - seem to have made quite a difference…
