Hello Everyone,

We are now in the eighth week of summer. I hope that everyone had a
nice 4th of July.

-- Development (for more information see the wiki)

We have now finished most of the development for our security CTF. I
would now like to change the focus and see if we can develop a new
competition using the existing framework. The possible directions that
I was thinking of are:
* Theory
Do more traditional problems, from ACM programming competitions. Work
on more categories like Turing.

* Modeling
Try and run a stock-market like service, which allows contestants to
buy and sell stocks in real time. Create problems that focus on
modeling and visualizing data.

* Smart phones
Take some of our live puzzles (ie tanks and network protocols) and
turn them into a phone development competition. Have contestants
develop applications that solve the challenges.

I think we should only pick one, so we aren't dividing our talent
pool. Please let me know what think.

-- Competitions

* Santa Fe (July 14th)
This is in one week!

* Las Vegas (July 26th)
DEFCON
I have been making preparations for the trip. Part of it, Neale has
the following questions:
- Does anyone have any 2m ham?
- What alias would people like to go by (ie some 1337 h4x0r names)?

* Releasing Our Work
I would like to pass our work to ACM HQ. The sites that I would like
to showcase are:
