0.8.1 Missing handlers

Hi,

I installed this via Powershell gallery some time ago and it was working, I have just come to conduct my first "renewal" and the only handler that is listed is manual.

I have reinstalled from the powershell gallery and also downloaded the 0.8.1 release from github, neither of these have any handlers in.

Can you let me know where I can get a compiled iis handler dll from please?

Did you use an IIS handler before with HTTP validation?  or did you use DNS?
