The wiki gives a lot of information about using ACMESharp from Powershell, but I was wondering if there's any documentation on how to use it from C# (and .NET languages in general)? Is that even a supported use-case?

Thanks!

It is supported in the sense that the ACMESharp library was written specifically for that purpose -- the PowerShell module that comes with it just happens to be one of the clients that uses that library.  There are at least 3 other well-known projects that use it for that purpose as well (Certify and lets-encrypt-win-simple, which you can link to from the ACMESharp home page).

However, yes the docs for this purpose are skimpy, while I would like to contribute more on that front, I'm constrained on time so it's something that will come in the future.  You can take a look at the code for some of the other projects that use it to get a better idea of how to use it.
