small acme patch to chord with the mouse wheel

After having to install acme-sac again and doing (again) the same
modification I always do in every version of acme, I have thought that
maybe it could be accepted inside acme-sac:

; diff /appl/acme/^(text.orig.b text.b)
1203c1203
< if(b & 6){
---
> if(b & 30){
1208c1208
< if(b & 2){
---
> if(b & 10){

This way, you can make cut/paste chords with the mouse wheel. My
fingers prefer it that way, YMMV.
