acme-sac when monitors portrait mode

hey all,

    I'm on windows 32 bit and have noticed that when I run acme-sac when my monitors are in portrait mode (hot dog style :), it totally freaks out the rendering of the window.  It's pretty odd because I was expecting windows to handle all that stuff; however, I just wanted to ask  if people have seen this or if I should investigate in the code and fix it.
