Working closely with the colleges as well as the employers, we aim to bridge the gap between the corporate and education world. As you know our strength being in creating placement and employment opportunities, we would like to extend our services to ACME for the same.
We would like to introduce you to QUEST. Please go through some key aspects which are mentioned below for better understanding of the concept:
The Problem
The students on the campuses, face the following challenges while their placements
Ø To differentiate themselves from their peers and get access to quality Employers apart from the ones who are visiting their Campus.
Ø Information about the SMEs apart from the Enterprise organizations which visit their Colleges.
Ø The candidates have to sit for multiple tests for multiple Organizations.
Ø The Candidates don’t have the visibility about their Scores; i.e. how much they have scored.
Ø The candidates don’t exactly know which part of the test they have messed up with so that they can do better next time.
Ø Once a candidate sit for one Organization and doesn’t clear; the chances for appearing to that organization is gone for 6 – 9 months.
The Solution
In order to address the Industry Campus Challenge, TimesJobs has created a platform where the students would undergo QUEST (Qualifying Employability Skills Test).
ü Database on TimesJobs Portal: The database of the candidates would be uploaded on the TimesJobs profile of the Candidates.
ü View Available to the Employers: The Employers can also view the score card along with the Resume of the Candidates.
ü View available to Candidates: The candidates can also see their score card which would mention their Scores split across various categories; which would give an idea to the candidates about their Weakness.
ü Direct Calls from Employers: The candidates can also get direct call from any of the TimesJobs Client.
Our Offerings
ü One Certified Assessment: Students of these colleges needs to sit for only one certified Examination which is trusted by various Employers.
ü Candidate Employer Interface: The Candidates who have successfully completed the Certification Assessments will get an opportunity to Interface with the Clients of TimesJobs and S Quotient.
ü Sharing data with Multiple Employers: Apart from Client Interaction the scorecards of these candidates will be shared with the clients listed on TimesJobs and these candidates can get direct call from these Employers.
ü Assessment Score Card: S Quotient will be providing the scorecards to the Candidates who have completed the Examination along with their grades and several legends. They will also get an understanding of their current standing against their peers.

The collective amount is very less as compare to individual registration. The payable amount will be Rs. 715/- per student.
Note: After passing assessment you need not be appear further written/assessment.
