Job Purpose
To maintain the statutory accounts for the local legal entity and to complete the periodic financial reporting requirements to the group. To carry out vendor / employee payments and payroll related activities in a timely fashion. To comply with tax/zakat regulations & requirements. | |
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all financial records are updated and in accordance with group policies.
- Timely submission of financial information per the group reporting timetable.
- Drive change & improve processes, support automation.
- Liaison with the external/Internal (where applicable) auditors.
- Reviewing payments to ensure the compliance of payment procedure.
- Coordination with ZAKAT/TAX consultants to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements.

Accountability
- Submission of accounts on group mainframe in line with group guidelines as per the reporting deadline.
- Payments being released in accordance with group policies.
- P&L analysis, highlighting unusual/abnormal revenue/expense accounts & determining reasons.
- Preparation of balance sheet analysis/reconciliations
- Preparation of statutory accounts for the local entity.
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and keeping it updated in line with group / statutory requirements
- Monthly period closing, while ensuring all documents have been posted or settled.
- Maintaining proper filing for (JV’s, PV’s, RV).

Specialized Knowledge/Technical Skills- Finance graduate, those progressing for further professional qualification are preferred.
- Prior experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong Analytical skills.& Proven communication skills.
- Sound understanding of finance principles and accounting matters.
- Understanding of business practices and Company’s policies.
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Proficient in Computer skills ( Excel, Word, Power point)
- Having an ERP hand on experience & can lead new projects relating to automation & improvements.
- Must possess transferable Iqama. |

Job Purpose
To process payments, Account maintenance in ERP, Reconciliation of A/P with supplier statement of account, monthly submission of the accounting information to Corporate electronically as well as hard copy, maintaining and updating the accounting records relating to payments and accruals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and review of vendor’s invoices & employee expense claims.
- Ensuring the invoices are supported by proper documentation.( P.O, GRN, Leads forms etc.) with approvals.
- Entry of the Invoices in the ERP to update supplier account.
- Ensuring all employee claims electronically appearing in system are correct.
- Process the payments for suppliers & employees as per agreed payment terms & scheduled payment cycle.
- Reconcile all key supplier account with the supplier statement on a monthly basis.
- Bank reconciliation and sending to Corporate after getting proper approvals.
- Recording all the accruals in ERP on monthly basis. (Including promo & others)
- Maintain and updating all Saudi balance sheet account by means of timely reconciliation and analysis.
- Coordinating with (Corporate Offices) in providing any information as and when required.
- Maintaining proper supporting documents for all the accruals and payment records.
- Preparation of reports and issuing on monthly basis.
- Sending request to Head office for opening new supplier/employee account in system.
- Maintaining and updating the fixed assets records / register (Addition, disposals)
- Physical Verification of Fixed Assets. | |
Accountability
- Releasing the payments to the suppliers/employees timely.
- Timely submission of accruals as per Corporate timetable.
- Issuing of monthly reports.
- Reconciling Control and subsidiary ledger, other reconciliations.
- Reconciling supplier account with their statements.
