Hi everyone,

I want to keep everyone in the loop, so below is a much updated
calendar of upcoming events this semester.

Feb. 12: ACM Game Night
Feb. 24: WIT Symposium (ACM-W invited but registration required)
Feb. 25: ACM Game Night
Feb. 26: Corey Latislaw speaking, Google rep. speaking
March 27: ACM Programming Contest
April 9: CS Research Conference
April 24: ACM Picnic

We are heavily involved in organizing the speaking event, but most of
the heavy stuff is already taken care of. Once we know the exact room
and time for the speakers, though, we could use some help advertising.

It would be nice to have a couple Market Wednesday events the week
before each big event in February -- specifically, on Feb 3rd and Feb
17th. We can do our outreach and advertise upcoming events. Is
anyone up for this?

Now...what else? We can still do plenty. Please send me your ideas
and opinions this semester. There are still plenty of old ideas and
projects that could be rejuvenated if people are interested and
willing. We can also try to have more open meetings if we think
enough people would come. Fun event suggestions are also welcome! I
don't mean to be planning all of ACM-W's semester, these are just the
events falling into my lap (many already planned by ACM).

I am actually, on Wednesdays I don't have class from 12:05 PM till
3:35 PM, so I can help out during that time.

Remind me to send you the designs this weekend. Over the break I
worked on fixing the ACM-W design and the design for the back of the
ACM shirt. I'll get with Frank later to discuss printing the shirts,
but I also need to discuss ACM-W shirts with you sometime later.

Also, how can we register for the WIT Symposium?
