Saludos,
A todos aquellos competidores del 2011 que disponian de membresias ACM desdeel 2010 y no les extendieron por un año mas, deben enviar un mensaje a ren...@acm.org indicandoles que son del ICPC 2011 (asumo correctamente registrados) y que desean una renovacion gratuita segun convocatoria. No se olviden enviar su member ID incluido.
Para los que compitieron por primera vez el 2011, debio llegarles un mensaje de correo indicandoles que tienen una membresia free por un año, de no ser asi envien un mensaje a : acm...@hq.acm.org

Hi, i received this email. The past year i have the same problem, i
can't renew by myself my membership. I'm an actual participant of the
ACM ICPC, but when i select a plan with a price <= 23$, but when i
press the 'checkout' button (the only possible button to complete the
form), begs me information of a valid credit card (that i doesn't
have). But this membership must be free for me.
Please, can you help me on this. Thanks in advance.

Solo debes escribir a acm...@hq.acm.org o acm...@acm.org siempre contestan los mensajes que se les envia, no existe otra forma, mas alla de la espera o de insistir.
Otros competidores ya lo hicieron y les contestaron rapido.
