Hello. I was wondering, would it be possible to get --make to look
at .mk (Makefile fragments) as well as 'Makefile' ? I see Makefiles
are currently a special case and my perl isn't too strong so locally
I've just added a --makefiles to look only at .mk files. But is there
a better way? Thanks.

Where do you see .mk files being used?

Well, http://www.gnu.org/software/make/manual/make.html#Makefile-Names
uses .mk for example Makefile fragments to include.

Huh. That seems like a pretty decent case.

Please make a ticket in the ack tracker at http://code.google.com/p/ack/issues/list
and maybe someone will pick it up.
