Grid Appliance floppy check

Hey Kyungyong,

I made a modification to the script to determine if we should update
the config files. This is directly related to the e-mail
correspondence between you Rosetti. Would you (and anyone else
interested) mind taking a quick look to make sure I don't have a logic
bug.

Thank you for the work David. For the code itself, it makes sense with
no bugs in my eyes. BTW, is it related to the login problem in VM
worker machines?

No, it is related to take a floppy from GroupVPN A with GroupAppliance
B and replacing it with one from GroupAppliance B' or change the class
of machine (client, worker, server). There is no way to log into a
worker or a server without installing a ssh key into the floppy. It
was left as a todo on the website, but it can easily be done by hand.
