cleanup suggestions

Hello all.
While purusing the source, had the following suggestions:

add a link on http://code.google.com/p/socialvpn to the github page
(and remove link to deprecated google group).

Also the "home page" link on github http://boykin.acis.ufl.edu/wiki/index.php/Brunet
is a 404.
