The 3900 is older hardware and may not be able to support the preview. I have some older devices that run Netflix, but without the preview. This is up to Netflix as to what version is used for each hardware, based on it's capabilities. I wonder if the 3900 still has the Exit Netflix on the bottom left, or is it on the bottom-right?
That just shows that the 3900 is the older version and Netflix will not update that model. The exit options are just a clean way to exit instead of hitting the home key. Makes no difference. As noted before, the 3900 is 6 years old. I wouldn't be surprised to see Roku drop support before OS13.
Well I am also facing the same issue with the site. No doubt it is very irritating to set different setting for different languages. But I also feel that it is a features which you can use to set for different languages.

Right now, up to 100% of Netflix content is being served from within ISP networks. This reduces costs by relieving internet congestion for ISPs. At the same time, Netflix members experience a high-quality viewing experience. And network performance improves for everyone.

Hey @NoCages you can set it up that way if you'd like without any problems. The only annoyance you will probably find is that using voice for Netflix might cause a hiccup as your Home app is under one account and Netflix is under another. The linking may have improved since the launch -- but early on, I ended up switching my Netflix account to the Nest account to be able to use voice commands.
Netflix's Kaleidoscope is a show that viewers will not want to miss. The eight episodes, cleverly labeled as colors rather than numbered in a sequence, reveal different pieces of the story's jigsaw puzzle built of greed, corruption, heartbreak, and betrayal.
